The Residents Association is a voluntary organisation made up of local residents of the William Sutton Housing Estate. Members of the association attend regular monthly meetings to discuss issues that arise concerning residents. All residents of the estate are welcome to attend these meetings to discuss any issues they wish to.

The association also has close links with other organisations to represent tenants and liaise directly with William Sutton Homes and carries out quarterly meetings.
